They can be expensive.. Have you considered building one? Thats what I did and it was a lot easier then I thought.. Try the guide I listed below. Good luck

Try looking in your phone book for "solar installer ". They can give you a quote. Solar hot water generally costs a few thousand dollars, and you will get some of that back in federal and possibly other incentives.
